ZENITH

ZENITH, SolarMobil's fifth project has been launched in the year 2022. This new project has taken part in 2 competition namely SEVC and ESVC held in india. It is a bullet design body, made out of carbn fiber and 3D glass hybrid composite with a tubular chassis as the backbone of the structure, with a double wishbone suspension system. The chassis and the bodywork of the car were manufactured . This was the long process.

The pattern,made out of medium density fiberboard, were cut using CNC technique for each  part of bodywork. Laser cutting and VMC processes were also used. The battery pack used was recycled. This helped us extend the life span and the process ensured the protection of the environment by reducing the disposal of the battries that contained harmful heavy metals.
